● " 손에 손 잡고" 는 당시 유럽 차트에 몇 주간 1위를 해내는 기염을 토했고, 올림픽 기간 중 라디오 방송 리퀘스트 1위를 달리는 등 대단한

   기록과 명성을 날렸었다(미국은 휘트니 휴스턴이 부른 one Moment in Time"을 주제곡으로 사용)

● 2008년 베이징 올림픽 주제곡 선정 당시 총감독이었던 장이머우(張藝謨) 감독은 "9만 8871곡의 응모작 중에서

 서울 올림픽 주제곡 풍을  피하려 했으나, 응모작 대다수가 서울 올림픽 노래와 유사해 고생했다" 라고 말했다.

 

● 코리아나는 1989년 12월에 동독 국영텔레비젼 방송국의 초청으로 동베를린에 가서 무너진 베를린 장벽 앞에서

 "손에 손 잡고"를 불렀다.
