건너기가 너무 힘들다네                 

           Even though I know the river is wide
                 비록 그 강이 너무 넓은 것을 모르는 바 아니나
                                    I walk down every evening and stand on the shore
매 저녁마다 강가에 내려와 서있고 
    I try to cross to the opposite side
저편으로 건너가려 시도하네            
                           So I can finally find what I've been looking for
                 그리하여 나 마침내 내가 찾던 것을 발견했다네

공포의 계곡을 너머                         
to a river so deep

      I've been searching for something

내 영혼으로부터 빠져나간              
Something I would never lose  
 내가 잃어버렸던 적이 없는 무언가를
Something somebody stole       
 누군가 앗아간 그 무언가를               

             I don't know why I go walking at night
                    난 내가 왜 한밤중에 이렇게 걷고 있는지 모르나  
                                      But now I'm tired and I don't want to walk anymore
                 난 이제 너무 지치고 더이상 걷고 싶지 않다네.

     I'm not sure about a life after this
            이 행동 뒤의 삶이 어떨지 확신할 수 없으나
