그룹 제네시스(Genesis)의 베이스 연주자 마이크 루더포드(Mike Rutherford)를 중심으로 이루어진 5인조 록밴드.

제네시스 출신의 피터 가브리엘과 필 콜린스가 각각 성공하는 모습을 보고 자신의 음악을 하고 싶었던 마이크가

 Paul Carrack(보컬, 건반)과 세션맨 출신의 Paul Young(보컬), Adrian Lee(키보드),

 Peter Van Hooke(드럼)와 함께 만든 그룹입니다.

 

1985년에 발표한 앨범은그들의 첫번째 음반이며, 1988년에 발표한 앨범 "The Living Years"로 그래미에서

"올해의 레코드"를 비롯한 몇 부문에 후보로 오르며 음악성을 인정받았습니다.
