Alex Fox는 아르헨티나 출신으로 여섯살부터 피아노와 클래식 기타를 배우며 Teatro Colon 심포니 오케스트라에

 입단하게 된다.
84년에 미국으로 옮겨 본격적인 음악 활동을 시작하는데, 첫번째 앨범 To The Gypsies의 히트로 인해 그의

플라밍고 연주가 이름 날리기 시작했다.

 

남미의 열정만큼이나 그의 음악들은 플라멩고를 연상케하는 흥겨움이 묻어나며 나를 잊어버리고 싶을 만큼 관능적인

리듬의 음악을 선사하는 Alex Fox는 기타의 거장이라  불리우는 세고비아, 비틀즈의 팝음악들, 룸바, 플라멩고 등
여러장르의 음악들을 그의 작품에 접목하는 이채로운 리듬이 돋보인다.

'Julio Iglesias'와 함께 'La Carreteral'라는 앨범을 만들면서 이스탄불, 베이루트, 프랑스, 독일, 스페인, 인도네시아등 수 없이 많은 공연을 가졌고, 두 아들과 함께 'Fox Trio'를 결성하여 지금까지 활동중이다.
