Illusion - Madonna Blue(영국, 1978)

 

  두 장의 음반을 남기고 사라져간 Keith Relf의 1기 ‘르네상스’의 후신 그룹으로 단 두 장의 음반만을 발표하고 사라진

 그룹이다. Keith Relf가 1976년 자신의 아파트에서 전기 쇼크로 사망한 다음해인 1977년 Illusion은

 <Out Of The Mist>라는 타이틀로 데뷔작을 발표하였다.

 

이 음반엔 <Isadora>, <Candles Are Burning> 등 주옥같은 명곡들이 수록되어 있는데 이 작품들은 그룹이

1978년에 발표한 동명타이틀의 2집 음반에 나온다. Illusion 하면 떠오르는 최고작 <Madonna Blue>가 수록되어 있는 음반이다.

너무도 아름다운 이 곡 외에도 앨범에는 <Louis Theme>, <The Revolutionary> 등 명곡들이 숨쉬고 있다.

시완레코드에서 데뷔 음반과 합본한 CD로 발매가 되었다.
